3G Network Closure.

The Australian Government announced that the national 3G network would close to improve the capacity, speed and reliability of the 4G and 5G networks. 

All major network providers in Australia have now retired their 3G services.

Affected prismaLINE devices.

If you are currently using, or have previously purchased, a prismaLINE device with a 3G cellular modem, please note that your therapy data is no longer being transmitted to prismaCLOUD, the prisma APP, or automatically shared with your healthcare provider.

prismaLINE series includes the following models:

  • prisma20C
  • prisma25S
  • prisma25ST
  • prisma30ST
  • prismaCR

This change does not affect your device’s ability to provide therapy

If your device is equipped with an SD card, your therapy data will continue to be recorded and can still be can be viewed directly on the device, via prismaJOURNAL, or accessed by your healthcare provider via a manual download.
