The therapy diary allows you to track your therapy progress and effortlessly document how well you are feeling. The prisma APP displays the following therapy data:

Duration of therapy: Total therapy time per night with the device.
AHI (apnea-hypopnea index): The index shows the frequency of breathing interruptions or shallow breaths during sleep.
Leakage: Information about your mask fit during the course of therapy.
Sleep quality: Information on the quality of your sleep and the effectiveness of the therapy.

What do I need to do to be able to use the prisma APP?

Compatible Prisma device: The app is compatible only with specific prisma devices from Löwenstein Medical: prisma SMART and SOFT, prisma LINE (WM090TD, WM100TD) with the corresponding module (WM090MW/WM110MW), and prisma SOFT/SMART in the Plus and Max versions (WM090TD Plus/Max).
Smartphone or tablet: You will need a smartphone or tablet that is capable of downloading the prisma APP from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Bluetooth function: Your device must have Bluetooth capabilities to connect to your therapy device and use the remote control functions.
Internet connection: A stable internet connection is required to access all of the app's features, such as retrieving data and generating reports.
Operating system: Make sure your smartphone or tablet is compatible with the latest versions of iOS (from 13.4) or Android (from 7.0) to ensure the best performance and security.

What are the advantages of having an optional user account?

It activates the app’s additional functionalities, such as goal setting, subjective evaluation of night-time therapy, and more.
Security: No other person with physical access to your therapy device can view your data.
Mobility: When replacing a device, you can view the data from both the old and new therapy devices in the app. However, the data from multiple therapy devices will not be merged without a user account.
Stability: For security reasons, all users without an account are automatically logged out of the app after 21 days. This ensures that patients maintain physical access to the therapy device at all times.
Convenience: No e-mail address required when reporting a technical problem.

Why is the data only displayed later or not at all?

There may be several reasons for this, depending on the type of device you are using.

If a device without Bluetooth, such as the prisma LINE or prisma SOFT/SMART (black), is used, the data is transmitted once a day via modem. Normally, this only happens in the afternoon. If the data is not transferred for more than a day, it may be due to a weak network connection on your device. In this case, try moving the device closer to a window to improve the network connection.
